Adega Gaucha is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse in Kissimmee on Highway 192, minutes from Walt Disney World, Margaritaville Resort, Sunset Walk, and Four Corners. Our Full Churrasco Experience brings continuous tableside service of 17+ fire-roasted cuts served by our gauchos, from Picanha and Filet Mignon to Costela (Beef Ribs) and Cordeiro (Lamb). It includes our 50+ item Gourmet Table, with signature salads, carpaccio, charcuterie, and roasted vegetables, plus your choice of 3 sides like caramelized bananas and fried yuca. We serve lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner daily, with happy hour at the bar Monday through Friday. For birthdays, family celebrations, and corporate events, our private dining rooms host groups of up to 100 guests.

I had an amazing experience at this Brazilian steakhouse! It was honestly one of the best Brazilian steakhouses I’ve ever been to. The food was incredible, and the meats just kept coming without ever having to ask. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Our waitress, Ana Costa, made the experience even better. She was so sweet, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed. We celebrated my mom’s birthday and Ana made it even more special for her! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Brazilian steakhouse with excellent food and exceptional service. Experiência espetacular! Ambiente agradável, comida extremamente saborosa e atendimento impecável. Fui muito bem atendida pelo Marco e pela Sofia. Comi petiscos, hambúrguer e tomei alguns drinks.
