We had an amazing dining experience at Adega Gaucha in Kissimmee, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Kedyma. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our table always had everything we needed, and checked in frequently without ever being intrusive. Kedyma’s service truly elevated the entire evening. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to respond to any requests, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who balances friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail so well. If you’re dining at Adega Gaucha, I highly recommend asking for Kedyma. We had a great experience at Adega Gaucha. This is a true Brazilian rodízio, with a wide variety of high-quality meats served the traditional way and at the right pace. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and consistently excellent throughout the meal. The service really stood out. Rafael took amazing care of us, always attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience. A special mention to the owner, Ricardo, who clearly sets the tone for the place. His attention to detail shows in both the food and the service. Adega Gaúcha é um lugar excelente! O rodízio é simplesmente maravilhoso, com carnes de ótima qualidade, bem preparadas e um atendimento muito bom. O ambiente é agradável e perfeito para reunir a família e amigos.
