We had an amazing dining experience at Adega Gaucha in Kissimmee, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Kedyma. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our table always had everything we needed, and checked in frequently without ever being intrusive. Kedyma’s service truly elevated the entire evening. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to respond to any requests, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who balances friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail so well. If you’re dining at Adega Gaucha, I highly recommend asking for Kedyma. We had a great experience at Adega Gaucha. This is a true Brazilian rodízio, with a wide variety of high-quality meats served the traditional way and at the right pace. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and consistently excellent throughout the meal. The service really stood out. Rafael took amazing care of us, always attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience. Adega Gaúcha é um lugar excelente! O rodízio é simplesmente maravilhoso, com carnes de ótima qualidade, bem preparadas e um atendimento muito bom. O ambiente é agradável e perfeito para reunir a família e amigos. Enough cannot be said for the delicious buffet the Adaga Brazilian Steakhouse. The buffet has an abundance of rices, vegetables (grilled & chilled), soups, cheeses, sausages and more. And, the most delightful part of the experience was the touch-wardrobes serving staff who paraded a wide variety of the best meats for diners to sample until their hearts (and stomachs) were content! Marco kept checking back with us to be sure we wanted for nothing. Because my friend does not eat pork, Marco provided him with a handwritten meal selection that was appropriate to his needs. Everyone should try the hot cheese with guava sauce and the caramelized grilled pineapple!! We are looking forward to our next visit sooner rather than later. We went to Adega Gaucha for lunch and absolutely loved the entire experience. The quality of the meat was exceptional, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The service truly made the difference, especially thanks to our server Luana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, made excellent recommendations, and was always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything. Luana D. is the best. I had the best time because of her the experience at the Brazilian steakhouse was exceptional from beginning to end. The aroma of freshly grilled meats filled the air, and every cut delivered tableside was perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. His attentiveness is unmatched—always checking in just when you need something, never overbearing, always gracious. Maui has a gift for making you feel completely at home, like you're being welcomed by an old friend who knows exactly how to cater to your every need. His cordial nature and warm energy set the tone for the entire evening, and it's truly a pleasure to be served by him. The food here is consistently spectacular, but Maui’s service is what keeps us coming back. He’s the kind of bartender who turns a meal into a memory. My wife and I have visited here several times. Each time was great. We came today for lunch and tried their Gourmet table. Our server was Gio. Very polite, very friendly and she is an asset to the Restaurant. The manager, Gustavo, introduced himself and was friendly and talkative with us. The available food from the Gourmet table was varied and a great selection. It included fresh chicken legs and Brazilian sausages that is brought to your table by themed dressed staff. This made it fresh and hot. Also the hot pineapple with cinnamon, what a treat that was. Ask for the sprouts, mushrooms and fries which they will bring to the table hot. If you do visit, try the lobster bisque soup. It is the best anywhere. All in all a great lunch for us and I doubt I will eat anything else today. ~ Stephen F

Came here after seeing a comment on reddit saying this was better than Texas de Brazil, and given that we’re from out of state we decided to give it a try and were not disappointed We came here around 3.30pm and got to try the lunch options, the cold bar was a bit lackluster and the options seemed past their prime and were not seasoned. The churrasco experience tho was great, all the meats were delicious and the sides were picked were waaay better than the cold/hot bar options. Gabriela was the perfect waitress and super friendly, she was attentive throughout the whole meal and made sure we had a great experience will definitely come back if we’re ever back in Orlando! Maybe we’ll try them during busier times to see if the cold bar is a little better :) ~ Hannah P

We had the most amazing dining experience at Adega Gaucha, thanks to our incredible waiter, Renan! He was extremely attentive, kind, and on top of everything from start to finish. Serving a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) is not easy, but Renan made it look effortless. His service truly made our evening unforgettable. The team members bringing around the meats were also wonderful—friendly, patient with the kids, and very engaging. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both high-quality and family-friendly, but Adega Gaucha nailed it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was top-notch, and the service was truly exceptional. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be back. Our experience at Adega Gaucha was amazing! Our waiter, Jefferson, was incredibly kind, always attentive to our table, and made sure we had everything we needed with a warm smile. The restaurant itself is spacious, cozy, spotless, and well-organized. Now, let's talk about the food—simply delicious! The meats were flavorful, and the Salad Bar had a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. It’s a fantastic spot for both family gatherings and corporate events. Jennys was outstanding, serving us the best cuts with such kindness and grace! Plus, Mr. Valmore personally welcomed our family and checked in to make sure everything was perfect, just as he did with all the other tables. Não sou de fazer review, porém ontem fui com minha família na Adega e posso dizer, que experiência! Além da comida ser maravilhosa, o que deixou tudo mais especial foi o atendimento do Lucas Rony. We absolutely love Brazilian steakhouses. This one is a new gem in the Kissimmee area. We dined with a fairly large party and were taken care of just as if it was only two of us. Once we flipped our cards to green the gauchos didn’t stop. The steaks were amazing, service was outstanding. You have the option for dry aged picanha or the basic. We opted for basic and it did not disappoint. Everyone had their own opinion as to what was the best. They were all on point. Different temperatures for different tastes. All were accommodated. The drinks tasted amazing and were accurately priced, with specials as well. Salad bar was clean and they kept it stocked as we ate. We will definitely be coming back. FYI don’t sleep on the lobster bisque, so yummy! ~ Bella M

Let me just say, we've been coming to Orlando (from Alaska) for 18 years and this was by far the best Brazilian steak house we've ate at. ALL the staff was friendly, the manager was super attentive, our waitress spoiled us and the food was AMAZING!!! All the meat was tender and flavorful, the salad bar items were fresh, the grilled pineapple with cinnamon was unique and sweet, and the corn brulee was surprisingly delicious. Hands down, my favorite was the grilled cheese with a guava sauce. I loved it so much that the waitress brought me out a sample from the kitchen prepared in the Brazilian tradition of grilled cheese topped with dolce de leche. OMG! Absolutely amazing. The restaurant was clean and spacious and the food was top notch all the way around. We'll definitely be back. ~ Amanda C

We made a reservation for Adega Gaucha last night. From start to finish, our experience was amazing. When we walked in, we had a warm welcome by both the hostess and the manager. We felt that our waiting staff was knowledgeable in the meats being offered and answered our questions without hesitation. Coming to the food, it was flavorful. I ordered a dish from the menu instead of doing the unlimited meat experience. The lamb chops (which I got well done) were still tender, flavorful, and melted in my mouth. My significant other got the unlimited experience and he enjoyed the wide selection of meats. We ended the night with their delicious crème brûlée! Overall, 5/5. We see ourselves coming back here as we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, food, and our date night out! ~ Manojna K

It was my first time dining here . From the moment we stepped in with the hostess to provide our reservations ( yes please reserve in advance ) it was a warm and inviting welcome & i had the best server. Mateo was so knowledgeable about the menu, extremely polite and kind, he made this experience flawless & memorable . He was attentive , efficient & so well rounded . No missed opportunities whatsoever. The food was exquisite. Great quality . As a collective everyone was so nice, personable & made sure to provide an unforgettable experience . The location was spotless in the cleanliness department . The atmosphere was inviting. We will be returning & making this a staple place when we have guests in town & special events. The food is good and everyone will like it. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The food is delicious, worthy of the best palate and very well presented that is undoubtedly worthy of a king. They will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. It is simply impossible to order something you will regret at Adega Gaucha! However, some cuts of meat will conquer your palate more, the Cupim, Maminha in butter with parmesan cheese. BBQ pork ribs. Picanha, Beef Ribs, these cuts make Adega Gaucha so famous and is fashionable among those who know it. authentic and fresh, all prepared by the expert hand of the meat masters, but don't forget to feel adventurous and order a caipirinha, very famous in Brazil! This place is absolutely fantastic. We're not new to Brazilian steakhouses and can say with confidence that this is a winning combo that you should definitely pencil in if you're visiting or from the area. At first glance, you might think it's odd because it's in a strip mall next to a dry cleaners, but don't let that fool you. The food is absolutely fantastic. It's family owned, making it unique when compared to some of the other chain Brazilian steakhouses that you're probably familiar with. I highly recommend that you give these guys a visit. We're not from Orlando, but we're here on vacation and decided to drop in after just finding it online. We'd absolutely come here again. The service was great, the meats were fantastic, and all around, this is a top-notch place. Highly recommended! ~ Britton M
